A British soldier, aged 24, was admitted to hospital on 31st March, 1935, complaining of ' fits Past history.?The patient has 8i years' service in India.In 1931 he was admitted to hospital for pneumonia and was treated for tapeworm during convalescence. He states that at Bareillv he had his first ' fit' while playing football. This was attributed to cardiac irritability of adolescence." Ever since he has suffered from headaches and breathlessness.
